Preparation of compressed air
The compressed air treatment system is a technical complex that allows to improve the quality of the compression used on the compressed-air line. Compressed air treatment consists of 4 main stages:
Air cleaning from mechanical suspension and compressor oil
Air Drying
Regulation of pressure
* As a compressor oil, different types of oils are used, which contain ethereal compounds. They come into reaction with many structural materials, so they must be dried out of the air.
The specific lines of pneumoconceration require chemical filtration, which causes the air to eliminate carbon dioxide and dioxide gas, acid and rubber steam.
Why prepare the compressed air? - The presence in the compressed-air line of a small mechanical suspension and water sensibly reduces the work resource involved in the technological installation process. It is much cheaper to install the air filtration and drying system than to suffer regular expenses on labor service and repair of production equipment.
In addition to all the other, dirty air reduces the quality of the product.
How expensive is compressed air treatment? - Modern compressed air treatment systems are equipped with elements of automation and work resource regeneration. That is, the same filter / dryer of compressed air automatically removes pollution into the flow and fills the resource of the filter / absorbing element. The expenditure is only needed for the purchase of the technical compressed air treatment complex.
