Oil-filled compressors are the simplest type of compression generators. Such equipment belongs to the most affordable value range, it is quite reliable, long-lasting and has a relatively simple level of repair complexity.

What role does oil play? - Compressor oil performs several functions immediately. First, it lubricates the thirty elements of the compressor execution mechanism, preventing breakdowns and premature discharge. Second, the oil well decomposes heat. That is, having a high heat density (biomel much better in this plan than natural or synthetic oils), it effectively cooles the compressor power unit.

From the negative points of oil-injected compressors, it can be noted that oil penetrates the compression distribution system. The presence of oil in the compressed-air line is extremely unwanted as it enters chemical reactions with many structural materials. The compressor oil is based on ethereal compounds, so its presence in the finished compression system is extremely unwanted.

Principle of Oil Compressors

How are oil-injected compressors working? - The power unit of compression mixes processed atmospheric air and oil from the lubrication system. The mixture of air and oil stitch comes into the separation system, where under the action of the center force and the force of gravity oil is separated from the air. The final cleaning takes place after the passing of the filter separator. The primary cleaning system allows to remove up to 95-99% of oil from the air. The oil from the separator returns to the central system of lubrication and cooling, and the purified stitched air comes into the compressed-air line.
