Heat Recovery
Thermal Recovery
Easy to save energy and quickly get financial benefits
The energy used to produce compressed air is almost completely converted into heat. This is a high potential for energy saving. So, for example, one compressed air station with a consumed power of 75 kW for 4,000 hours of work will need about 300,000 kW of electricity a year.
This energy can be used in the following forms:
- Heat air for additional heating;
- warm water to support central heating;
- Hot water for industrial water.
Hot air for the room
Heated cooling air is used to heat the room through the wind pipeline system. Temperature control valves provide a regulated temperature in the room. In winter, heat from the empty air is used entirely or partially for burning purposes. In summer, it is empty into the air through the drawing channel.
Hot water to support central heating
For the production of hot water, the plate heat exchangers are used. The polluting water passes through the "plast" in a closed body. The hot compressor oil flows between the plants and the body and supplies its heat energy to hot water. The temperature of hot water is permitted: up to 70 ° C.
Heat for water and technology
The process of heat regeneration is the same as for water heating. To prevent oil from penetrating into the work water, skin tubes are used. Working fluid temperature is permitted: up to 70 ° C.
Integrated heat recovery
All the components needed for heat recovery are installed in the compressor during the production process.
The advantages:
- Just connect to the building and start saving immediately.
- regulation of constant temperature: Depending on the available heat, the water temperature by the consumer will beined at the desired level.
Integrated heat recovery is available for compressors:
15 - 355 kW
Preparation for heat recovery
When ordering a new compressor, preparation can be made for the further installation of the heat recovery system, i.e.:
- ball valves on the output from the oil side;
- the space required for heat exchangers must be compatible with the plant;
- the opening for connections must be pre-sweated in the panel;
- The equipment can be completed without any costs later using the re-equipment set. This takes the installation:
- The heat exchanger;
- Temperature control + temperature sensor;
- a hose connector / coupling.
Heat Recovery for Old Compressors
External modules are required to equip previously installed compressors.
The advantages:
- Connecting to all compressors;
- The previously installed compressor is fully equipped with all the necessary high-efficiency components and secure devices;
- Minimum installation costs thanks to the ALMiG Intellectual Design;
- Continuous temperature regulation.
The heat recovery for old compressors is available for:
4 to 355 kW.
