Industrial oxygen generator

 

A generator (concentrator) of oxygen is a technological line for organizing the work of an autonomous oxygen pipeline. Concentrated oxygen (40-98%) is obtained from the surrounding atmosphere (including oxygen in the air 20%) by the method of membrane or adsorbent air loading. Another method of obtaining oxygen is cryogenic air processing, but this method is practically not used today, as it is morally aged (we need a lot of energy).

Use of oxygen concentrates

Why is clean (concentrated) oxygen needed? - In the industry oxygen is used for gas cutting, metal floating, fish pool enrichment (in fish farms), as well as for the provision of various oil products, drugs and more.

How does the adsorbent concentrator work? - How the adsorbent is used to theoylit (a group of anorganic silicates). If the theoylit camera creates a pressure of 5-7 (bar), then the adsorbent begins to absorb nitrogen, argon and other gases from which the air is composed. The oxygen remains untouched, it is transferred to the stock for the storage of the compressed oxygen. The purity of the adsorbent oxygen is within 90-99%. When the pressure is normalized, the adsorbent gives the adequate gases into the atmosphere and the process of air-cover and adsorption begins again.

Membrane concentrators provide oxygen purity up to 40%. They are used only in cases where production allows the use of "dirty" oxygen. Such gas is poorly burned and unsuitable for oil and pharmaceutical.

Please note that we can order modular type equipment. The productivity of such a technique depends on the number of engaged modules. If you need to increase the power, then by tapping the module, you will increase the oxygen production. If the power will be a lot to produce, then you can unite the excess modules and keep them for storage.
