Hydrogen
Hydrogen Generation
The hydrogen generator is a technical complex that produces pure hydrogen. Most hydrogen generators use the technology of water electroysis (electrolizers). But there are also biological, biochemical and parocon-contained generators.
Why Produce Hydrogen? Humanity is entering the age of hydrogen energy. Hydrogen combustion produces ordinary water (H2O), with no carbon dioxide or carbon monoxide emissions. Hydrogen has a much higher energy potential than propane, petrol or coal. Transitioning to hydrogen can help prevent the next global crisis associated with the greenhouse effect and global warming.
In the industry, the same hydrogen is used in the production of amiaque and gasoline (in some stages of oil cramping). In addition, many enterprises use hydrogen in the receipt of electric and thermal energy. And also hydrogen is used in the conduct of samples of different raw materials (natural minerals, metal, etc.).
How Does a Hydrogen Generator (Electrolyser) Work? A pump feeds pretreated distilled water into a chamber composed of special cathode-anode cells. A high-voltage current splits the water molecules into oxygen and hydrogen. The hydrogen is directed to a storage vessel, while the oxygen is routed to an oxygen line or released into the atmosphere.
What do we offer?
For many years, BTS Group has been engaged in equipping industrial lines to get pure hydrogen. In our work we use the most productive, secure and reliable hydrogen generators.
Please pay attention to the arsenal of our generators. Here you will find installations of different levels of productivity.
That is, we have in our disposal equipment that with the head will be enough to equip a small production laboratory, home wheat or heat/electric power plant, industrial hydrogen line to get amiaco/bensin and so on.
Generators can look both stable factory production and moving containers that will be transported by a light or cargo car.
Two words about entering
Separating oxygen and hydrogen is a hazardous process. Pure hydrogen forms a highly explosive mixture when it comes into contact with pure oxygen. High-capacity hydrogen plants are therefore located away from production areas and operated remotely without direct human involvement.
Home (low-productive) units are practically not dangerous, but they are still put in a separate room with a well-flooded structure.
