Condensation of the ECODRAIN
ED 3000 from Parker
When the control of the condensate is not controlled by level, but exclusively over time, the given value of the working time and the work intervals of the valve are applied. However, since the amount of condensate in the system of compressed air is constantly changing (e.g., summer / winter, maximum / partial load), sometimes this can cause difficulties in the condensate with control over time.
The ECODRAIN ED 3000 series equal condensator uses internal sensors to determine the exact moment for the condensate slide, which leads to a minimum of the number of sliding cycles and thus to the maximum duration of the sliding valve service.
The main characteristics
unknown control of the level on the magnetic edge to optimize the loss of condensate;
built-in dirt screen between the level meter and the sliding valve to protect the membrane valve (with monitoring of emergency signals);
membrane valve with a large cross-cutting and condensate control system to increase the duration of operation.
The advantages
High energy efficiency and reliability;
increased security of the technological process;
Simplicity of installation and service.
