Water separator

2000 by Parker

The ES 2000 series water separators are a simple, economical and environmentally safe solution for effective removal of oil condensate from the compressed air system.

The data separators are set as part of the system of cleaning of compressed air, and are designed to reduce the concentration of oil in accumulated condensate.

Oil condensate removed from the system of compressed air cannot be dropped directly into the canalization system without prior reduction of oil content to the permissible limits. The ES 2000 series water separators allow to effectively clean condensates, after which any volume of clean water, up to 99.9% of the total volume of condensate, can be safely eliminated.

Oil condensate from the compressed air system comes into the ES 2000 series water oil separator under pressure, in a specially designed decentralized reception camera it expands. During the six-step process, water and oil are divided, allowing the cleaned water to safely slide through the output hole into the canalization system. The decentralized oil is collected in the external oil container, from which it is extracted and recycled in accordance with the requirements of the law.

The main characteristics

Single distinctive blocks - reduce the overall work area;
Strong, corrosion-resistant polyethylene structure consists of flants for additional strength;
a large basic tank increases the calculation time and reduces the transfer of oil to the carbon filter position;
High-quality coal increases service intervals;
increased contact time at the carbon stage improves water quality and extends the time of service to carbon;
regulated oven for oil output - effectively removes the filtered oil;
the outer oil container is designed for the convenience of recycling;
the removal for the test removal of oil must disconnect the output pipeline when the sample is received;
