FLEX compressors are powerful mini-compressors for installations in banned noise zones.

FLEX series fisting compressors with rotation frequency control and direct drive are based on advanced research and technology and are also used everywhere where it is necessary to generate compressed air by a small, compact and very quiet system. Due to the complex one-wave resolution, the sound level of these small FLEX series fisting compressors is about 60 dB (A), which allows to use them directly at the workplace.
Market analysis shows that the average FLEX series compressors are used only at 50-70% of possible productivity. Although maximum productivity is required only at the peak hours.
The ALMIG SCD technology is built-in with the maximum cost efficiency for the control of the rotation and direct drive frequency.
SCD technology, the advantages of which come to the top in part-load completion applications, allows you to energy savings up to 35% at the expense of:
- control of the frequency of rotation;
- constant hydrostatistic pressure in highways from 5 to 13 bar;
- an extremely effective system;
- lack of change in the height;
- Low cost resulting in simple.
