FID gas station

Parker Balston FID-1000NA, FID-2500NA and FID-3500NA gas stations provide both gas-like water and zero-class FID detectors on gas chromatographs. These systems are specifically designed to provide fuel gas and air support by the 10-11 semi-ionization sensors, the photometric semi-detectors and the general carbon-water analytics.

Hydrogen is produced from deionized water using a proton-exchange membrane cell. The hydrogen generator uses electrolytic water dissociation and proton transport through the membrane to deliver up to 500 cm³/min of 99.9995% pure hydrogen at pressures up to 60 psi.

Zero air is carried out by local cleaning of compressed air to the total concentration of carbohydrates <0.1 promile (in calculation per methane). Zero air refining productivity is up to 3500 cm2 / h.

Parker Balston FID gas stations are a modern equipment with high reliability components, designed for easy installation, operation and long-term service. Parker Balston FID-1000NA, FID-2500NA, FID-3500NA gas stations will get you free of the purchases of helium, zero air, waste materials for hydrogen ballons, and will also make independent from external suppliers. Uncontrolled price currents, contracts negotiations, long-term obligations, tank rental, - all this no longer matters. With the Parker Balston FID gas stations you will only control gas supply.

The Parker Balston gas generators are certified according to ISO 9001 quality standards.They are called to meet the strictest laboratory standards around the world: CSA, UL, CE and IEC 1010.

Features and advantages:

It is ideal for 10-11 FIDS.
produce UHP zero air from the compressed air body (<0.1 promile THC) and 99,99999 +% pure hydrogen in one body;
Replace uncomfortable and dangerous zero air, as well as hydrogen ballons from the laboratory;
Increases the accuracy of the analysis;
Reduce the cleaning requirements for the detector;
are recommended and used by many column and GC manufacturers;
a typical period of cumulative less than one year;
Automatic water filling;
They work quietly and require the minimum attention of the operator.
